Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your donation to Career Insights, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. We will honour any eligible request made within that period.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@jdonlinestuff.com and we will arrange it with Paddle for you. Include your order or transaction reference if you have it.

Donations are one-time payments — nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. When a donation is refunded, the supporter code issued with it is deactivated and normal free usage limits apply again. The free features of Career Insights remain available to you.

Once approved, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
